I love peaches!
9 months pregnant!

9 months pregnant now. Maybe my tummy is a bit small ?!
Our baby (My family call the baby Bebe-chan!) kicks my stomach a lot all day these days. Sometimes it hurts but that’s one of the precious memory in life.

Have you ever tasted soymilk? I usually buy soymilk at the market but I decided to make from scratch at home. I realized that homemade soymilk has more natural flavor from soybeans. If you need some sweetness, please add various sweeteners (i.e. Honey, Agave syrup, Brown sugar, Coconut sugar etc) and enjoy comparing those flavors. It’s FUN!

Last class before maternity leave was with the guests all from Vancouver, CANADA 🇨🇦!

Time to enjoy Japanese pears

The fall has come ! At the good timing, many pears from my hometown has also come! I especially love them because they are so sweet and sounds “Shaki-shaki” (crispy) !!! As you see, my family cannot eat all of it in a short period so I usually serve in my cooking class and also give to the neighbors every year!
